International Roaming
For the convenience of the subscribers new tariffication conditions groupe countries into 7 zones. Within each of the zone there are unified tariffs for the international roaming. Thus, to learn the tariff for the service you need to have a look at the zone to which belongs the country of your stay.

Connections which last more than 3 seconds are tariffed per second. Next tariffication interval is 1 minute.
The GPRS-session volume is rounded up to 50 Kb. The cost of the MMS messages consists of the 2 parts: multimedia message transmission cost (according to the MTS tariffs) + GPRS-session fee.
Calls to additional services (bonus and other numbers, which are avalable in the JLLC MTS roaming partners' networks) and to satellite operators are tariffed according to the acting tariffs for the international roaming services.
Tariffs are given in US dollars without VAT. To recalculate the tariffs on roaming services rendered during August 2009 in Belarusian rubles, the following exchange rate is used: 1 USD — 2 821,00 BYR.
